A detailed double hemisphere map of the world. Much of the Arctic is labeled as parts unknown. Cook’s discoveries of 1778 are indicated. Tasmania is still attached New Holland. Map Condition: Repaired tears to right margin extending into New Holland as well as on folds, but generally a clean example. Map Type: Copperplate engraving with hand colouring in outline
